HTC Dream, Google Friendly

Dream clearly concerns on the integration of Google's features as its operating system is made by Googlet. Dream will automatically synchronize with Google's services such as calendar, mail and contact and when you enter a new contact via this smartphone it will automatically contact the Google database and update the contacts.

Google Maps feature is also included in the smart phone. Working together with the installed accelerometer feature so the GPS is able to function as a compass too. On the Street View feature from Google Maps, you can shift the display up to 360 degrees just by turning the phone into the direction you're going.

If there are deficiencies compared to iPhone, obviously the lack of entertainment features on this smart phone. There's no 3.5 mm jack or A2DP Bluetooth on this Dream. Music player did not have an equalizer and a video player feature is also missing. The camera was mounted 3.2-megapixel size, but not equipped with a flash lamp or the ability to record video.

By some considerations, Good Gear Guide only gives it 3.5 stars forthis smartphone released in the market with a stamp price of US $ 600.
